Welcome to **NameAlert**! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://namealert.io, and the NameAlert application (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. **Overview**  
   1.1 **Provider**: The Service is provided by NameAlert (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

   1.3 **Description**: NameAlert is a productivity app that transcribes meeting audio and alerts you when specified keywords or your name are mentioned.

2. **Use of the Service**  
   2.1 **Eligibility**: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.  
   2.2 **Free Usage**: Users may download the app and use it for free for a limited amount of minutes.  
   2.3 **Paid Usage**: To extend usage beyond the free limit, users may purchase additional minutes. All consumed minutes are non-refundable.  
   2.4 **Account Information**: You agree to provide accurate information, including your name and email, and to update it promptly if it changes.

3. **Data Collection**  
   3.1 **Personal Data**: We collect your name, email, and payment information to facilitate the Service.  
   3.2 **Non-Personal Data**: We use web cookies to enhance user experience.
